All award entries were judged on the range of products and services on offer, partnerships with customers and other businesses to ensure projects were delivered on time and to budget and performance in terms of reliability, flexibility, customer service and cost efficiencies.

The Housing Excellence Awards panel of judges included; Paul Beardmore, director of housing at Manchester City Council; David Miller, a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, technical adviser for the National Housing Maintenance Forum and procurement advisor for local authorities and housing associations; and Liz Cross who provides consultancy in transformational strategies and change management to organisations across voluntary, private and public sectors.
Other nominees for the Supplier of the Year award included Paloma Systems, Spirotech, Total Glass and Wolsley.
